NYS changed the educational requirement for Brokers from a 45-hour course to a 75-hour course. This remedial course is for students who have taken the 45-hour course  (prior to December 2022)  and need the additional course to meet the new requirement. This course covers all of the topics and hours that the state added to the Brokers Curriculum in December of 2022.
