Manfred Real Estate Learning Center Membership Agreement:
Membership Term: 24 months or one licensing cycle, whichever is longer.
Notice: ANY HOLDER OF THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERETO OR WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF, RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER.
If payment becomes more than 90 days late, the entire remaining balance becomes due in full.
All cancellations are processed through Manfred Real Estate Learning Center Member Services Department, 724 23rd Street, Suite 1, Watervliet, NY. Cancellations must be summited in writing or via email, [email protected] within 30 days prior to the next billing date.
Early Cancellation of Term: Cancellations of membership contract for any reasons or termination of membership due to non-payment will be permitted following a cancellation fee for $320.00 or remaining contract dues, whichever is less.
Members and students are aware that the Department of State requires 100% attendance of any course to receive a certificate of completion.
Manfred Real Estate Learning Center reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule courses. In the event that a course is canceled or rescheduled members are NOT eligible for a refund on their membership however, if paid for an advaced training course that was canceled member will be eligiable for full refund or credit on file for a later course offering.
Manfred members receive unlimited access to our basic continuing education courses. Advanced training courses maybe approved for continuing education. Some Advanced Training Courses offer discounts to members.
It is the member’s responsibility to maintain and renew their Real Estate license. Manfred Real Estate Learning Center will maintain a record of the courses completed by the member. Members may receive duplicate certificates of completion upon request at no additional charge.
DEFAULT AND LATE PAYMENTS:
Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, Manfred Real Estate Learning Center will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and you agree to pay allowable interest, and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than thirty days late. Should any monthly payment become more than thirty days past due, you will be charged a late fee. An additional service fee will be assessed for any check, draft, credit card, or order returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. If the Member is paying monthly dues by electronic funds transfer (EFT), the club’s billing company, Stripe reserves the right to draft via EFT all amounts owed by the member including any and all late fees and service fees. NOTE: Members paying monthly dues by E.F.T. are subject to $5.00 per month increase of monthly dues if E.F.T. payment is stopped or changed. This will not affect any other provisions of this agreement.
Classroom Registrations/Non Members
Classroom Course Cancelation Procedures:
Any student who is enrolled in a classroom course through Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, Inc. must register and pay in full prior to the start of the scheduled course. Manfred Real Estate Learning Center reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule courses. In the event that a course is canceled or rescheduled paid students will be eligible for full refund or credit on file for a later course offering. If a student is registered and paid in full and “no shows” for scheduled course or courses, without a 4 business day notification of cancellation, via phone or email, the student forfeits their course fee.
