Online Instructor Led Course

Each week you will receive 15 - 20 hours of coursework assignments to complete online. Every Monday at 6 pm there is an optional 3-hour live-streamed webinar to review the previous week's course material. Students will be able to ask questions, interact with the instructor and other students during the live stream. The instructors will guide you through the program. This is a 6-week program. A new session starts about every 6 weeks.

Self Paced Online Course

Online courses are not live. You work at your own pace. You can start as soon as your register. You will read through slides, answer questions and there will be videos in the course. There is no set schedule, you can log in and out as many times as you wish.  You will have one year of access to the course. Our online course includes a library of videos of the live courses, an online instructor that you can ask questions to, and a full tech support team.

Live Streamed Course Online- Webinar

This is run just like a physical classroom course except we live stream it and you participate from your computer. Webinars are live. You will use a camera and microphone on your computer and be able to interact with the instructor and other students. They are at scheduled dates and times and you must be present online during that time. We use the platform Zoom.

In Person Classroom Course

This course is an in-person classroom course. It will be held at the Homewood Suites in Clifton Park. The course runs Monday - Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 for two consecutive weeks.

Take Course

Take the Salesperson Course. We offer the course in several formats. Your first step is to select which format best meets your learning style and schedule. 

Pass the exams

There will be two exams you need to pass. The course exam and the state exam. Both exams are 75 multiple choice questions and require 70% to pass. Many schools have an internal policy that if you do not pass the exam you must repurchase the course.  You can take the exam as many times as you need to as long as it is within one year of your purchase date. Sponsoring Broker & Apply

Every agent must work under a sponsoring broker. Brokers are always looking for new agents. We provide our students with a list of interview questions to ask a potential broker. Once you completed the course, passed the exams and found a sponsoring broker you are ready to apply for your license.
